Peugeot has named one of its dealerships in Nottingham as among its best at its annual Peugeot Guild of Gold Lion Awards, according to a report in the Nottingham Post.
Robins & Day dealership on Nottingham's Mansfield Road was judged against hundreds of other dealerships across the country and has been rewarded for sales performance, excellent customer service — including outstanding customer feedback — and for having the very latest product availability and specifications in its showroom. As a result, it has been named a 'Guild of Gold Lion' dealer.
For dealerships, part of providing excellent customer service is ensuring that they have up to date motor trade insurance and road risks insurance. Being fully covered for any eventuality means that customers can continue to enjoy great sales and after sales services regardless of the unexpected challenges a dealer might face.
Robins & Day principal dealer Richard Motram stated: "To be recognised as a Guild of Gold Lion dealer, in a highly competitive market, is a fantastic achievement for my team.
"The team has consistently performed to an exemplary high standard, with great customer service and strong community relationships."
Motram concluded that the staff at the dealership, which began offering the new Peugeot 308 GTi model this year, are committed to continuing to provide the best in customer service in the future.
Dealers such as Robins & Day need to update their insurance when adding new lines, such as the new Peugeot 308 GTi model, to their roster. Having all stock fully covered by an adequate insurance policy is vital to dealers hoping to reach the highest standards of customer service.
