A family who has been looked after by the same sales executive for the last 12 years has bought an astonishing 30 cars from the dealership over that time — and they have all been Hondas.
Perry Clive has dealt with the Higginson family since 2004, a year after Brayleys Honda Showroom opened in St Albans, Herts. The car brand recently topped a European reliability poll and it’s obviously to the taste of Debra and John Higginson, as well as various other members of their family that they have recommended to the dealership.

The Higginson clan has bought a range of Honda models from Brayleys over the years, from the Civic Type R – of which they’ve bought six – to the Jazz, Insight and Accord.
Mr Perry told Car Dealer magazine that the Higginsons hold the dealership’s record for the most cars bought by one family.
He said: “The names Honda and Higginson are like peas in a pod. Debra, John and their family are true advocates of the brand and it’s always a delight to welcome them, as they have such passion for Honda cars.”
The family has just picked up its latest model – a new Honda Jazz.
